Signal is VHF 136–174 · UHF 403–470 MHz
The signal cuts through the Wasteland. Motorola GM340 — the radio for your vehicle in the New World.
Where roads and cellular coverage end, radio remains. The Motorola GM340 mobile radio goes into an all-terrain vehicle, truck, drilling rig or bulldozer and runs from the 12 V on-board supply: up to 25 W, VHF (136–174 MHz) and UHF (403–470 MHz), roof antenna. Vehicle to vehicle on open terrain — typically 10–20 km, further via a repeater. Paired with GP340 portables for those who leave the cab.

What makes the GM340 indispensable in the Wasteland?
Range from power
Up to 25 W versus 5 W for a portable, plus a roof antenna: on open terrain vehicle-to-vehicle range is typically 10–20 km, tens of kilometres via a repeater. VHF (136–174 MHz) suits tundra, steppe and water; UHF (403–470 MHz) suits quarries, industrial sites and built-up areas.
Powered by the vehicle
The GM340 runs from the 12 V on-board supply — no batteries, no chargers: as long as the vehicle battery lives, you have comms. For 24 V machinery a voltage converter is fitted.
Antenna for the task
Magnetic-mount or fixed antenna on the roof, mast or cabin — matched to the band and the vehicle. The right antenna gives more range than any power.
All Inclusive
Included: microphone, power cable and mounting bracket for the cab. We match antenna, cable and connectors to your machinery — for Motorola and other brands.
Military-standard reliability
The GM340 meets MIL-STD 810 C/D/E for shock, vibration, dust and humidity. Track vibration, quarry dust, cab heat — a working environment, not an exception.
From −30 to +60 °C
GM340 operating temperature is −30 to +60 °C. In the North the radio goes into the heated cab and the antenna outside — so the link holds even in hard frost.
Radios and communication equipment
The GM340 is the flagship, but the Wasteland calls for more than one kind of radio. Handheld and mobile units, analog, DMR digital, encrypted TETRA, PoC network radios and repeaters — for vehicles, sites, expeditions and survival. Delivery across Russia and Kazakhstan.

FAQ
For a fixed post or a vehicle — a GM-series mobile or the digital DM4401. For a guard post or a shelter — the handheld GP340. We will build a kit for your fleet and task.
DMR gives clearer audio at range, twice as many conversations per frequency, text, GPS and individual calls. The DM2600 and DM4401 work in both analog and digital, so you can switch gradually.
PoC radios (Vostok XT-810/805) work over 4G and Wi-Fi: unlimited range and no frequency paperwork. Use them where there is cellular coverage but no repeaters of your own.
For analog and DMR on assigned frequencies — yes, the frequency must be registered. PoC over a cellular network needs no licence. We will help you choose the simplest route for your task.
A band-matched antenna plus a DR3000 repeater — it receives and retransmits the signal, extending coverage across mountains and forest.
