AI for order outfits: lines of work and manual reconciliation

The order-outfit can be well recognized the entire text and at the same time confused the amount in one line. For transferring works and materials to the checkable table, it is important to link each value with its place on the page. Start with the control documents and confirmation rules, then choose the equipment.

Maintain the structure of the original document

Separate the title, lines of work, materials and results. For each extracted line, you need the original wording, number, unit, amount and reference to the page section. If the field is empty, the application should not substitute the most similar value from the next line.

Special attention is required to continue the table on the second page and repeating headings. Two similarly named operations may refer to different nodes or steps. Until confirmed by an employee, they cannot be automatically combined into one line just for the sake of a shorter report.

Scan quality and technical guide tables are checked separately

The Tesseract documentation describes the impact of image quality and page markup on the OCR result, and for tables notes the limitations without special analysis of the structure. Therefore, the presence of the recognized text does not yet confirm the correct distribution of values for the order-outfit columns.

For the pilot, you need a smooth scan, an angle photo, a pale copy, a handwritten note and a document with long lines. The application must retain the original and the result of the processing. Re-start with different settings creates a new version of the result so that the employee can see what has changed.

Verification and verification of arithmetic

The employee is comfortable showing the disputed cell next to the source fragment. The reasons for checking are shared: a bad symbol is read, a unit is not defined, a line boundary is broken or arithmetic differs. A confidently recognized number can also refer to an incorrect column.

Amounts and works are calculated in a programmatically verifiable way, and the model can explain the discrepancy found. If the result does not agree, the application should not correct the original value for a beautiful balance. First, the employee clarifies the cause and confirms the correction with the preservation of history.

What to indicate when requesting the server

Specify formats, average number of pages, queue sizes, allowable processing time and existing accounting system. The quotation separately includes structure extraction, verification interface, export and accounting for confirmed corrections. Integration with the accounting system also requires a consistent data format.

The control batch counts errors on lines and fields, not just the number of pages processed. For the selected model and the actual machine, the processing time and queue for repeated tasks are checked. Update programs are accepted on the same set of complex orders, preserving the source and previous working result.
