Buy PVC 4×1.5: how to order a four-core flexible wire
PVS 4×1.5 for equipment: four veins, footage, marking, ending and information for the approval of delivery.
Illustration of the PVS family: in the photo three veins. A 4×1.5 PVC with four veins is ordered; the actual marking and end of the batch must be agreed upon.
Ask for the price and set of PVC 4×1.5What should match in the application
The stock list identifies PVS 4×1,5 as a flexible copper cable with four conductors, each with a cross-section of 1.5 mm². The purchaser must retain both parts of the designation: conductor count and cross-section. A similar white cable may have a different construction. The enquiry therefore needs the full cable designation, its intended use according to the equipment documentation and the required lengths. A general description such as “flexible 1.5 mm² cable” is insufficient when the installation specification requires exactly four conductors.
Photo shows design but does not confirm order
Our card uses an illustration of the PVS family, which shows three veins. It helps to represent the multiwire conductors and the overall shell, but does not confirm the number of veins of the proposed batch. To supply 4×1.5 PVC, request a photo of the marking and end of the actual wire. In the account and accompanying information should remain four-core configuration. This approach is especially useful when re-ordering, when materials are received by another employee and focus only on the name in the document.
Applicability sets the equipment
One section can not be called universal admissible power: you need a load mode, length, method of use, temperature and device requirements. The wire is not selected as an automatic replacement for any stationary cable. The purpose of the veins, protective measures and connection is determined by a specialist in the documentation of equipment. When complete, the compatibility of terminals or connectors with flexible multiwire veins and the required method of ending are separately checked. The fact of mechanical clamping does not yet confirm the correct execution of the connection.
Workshop and several orders
Make a list of integral segments with a margin for the provided cutting and installation. For example, a common need for several products does not mean that it can be closed by a random set of short residues. The bay of 100 m is indicated in the warehouse description, but the current balance, the frequency of vacation and the possibility of cutting are confirmed before payment. Upon receipt, check the designation on the shell, four veins, condition and footage. For production equipment, it is useful to keep information about the batch together with a statement of materials: this simplifies repurchase and technical guide of discrepancies.

Purchase questions
Can you confirm the four veins from this photo?
Nope. The catalog illustration shows the family of PVS with three veins. For order 4×1.5 check the actual marking and end.
Can the permissible load be determined from the 1.5 mm² conductor cross-section alone?
The conditions of application and the calculation of a specialist are needed; universal power is not assigned by name.
Do you have to buy a full bay?
Available footage, integral segments and the frequency of vacation are specified in the quotation.
